A monthly programme of events that offers both visitors and locals a cultural digest, inspired by Brighton’s rebellious spirit. From up and coming musical talent to talks and salons that offer insight and opinion to the art of the ‘side hustle’ and unique interests. We’ll see you soon.

The Carpark Project “FACES”
Friday 3rd May, from 8pm
People represent the greatest part of our city and their faces offer a glimpse into their lives. So we’ve gotten together with a prolific Brighton based street artist Cassette Lord to champion “FACES” in our underground places. We’re proud to present The Carpark Project, a street artist team up, that brings together some of the finest names in Brighton to create immersive installation that champions the very sentiment that best captures the city itself… It’s Faces. Artists exhibiting include Cassette Lord, #IOwnThisArt, Manic Minotaur, Lois O’Hara and Mazcan. Join us for the anticipated exhibition, where you can expect cocktails, canapes and music.

Acu Gong at My Brighton

New Year’s Eve: “DECADES”
A celebration of everything that once was.
Monday, 31st December from 8pm until late.

Remember all the way back in the day? From platforms to hairspray, and Ray Ban’s to boot cut jeans with checked shirts… Okay, so we know none of that happened in the same decade, but we’re celebrating all of it together in one big NYE bash in Merkaba at My Brighton *queue the disco balls*.
Our special guest DJ Tony B will be revisiting past decades with a line up that hits some of your favourite tunes from the 60s to the present day.

My Brighton, Brighton On The Inside, Grizzly Bear & Cassette Lord, present: “SETTING THE PULSE”

Brighton is a hub of creativity and our panel are at the heart of this. Come and chat to some of Brighton’s best talents ask your questions, listen to them debate and generally get to know the people behind the art. From street artists to cultural enthusiasts and graphic designers, we’ll find out just who’s setting the cultural agenda. Followed by an evening of vinyl from our resident vinyl specialist in Merkaba.
