TALK: IN CHELSEA
My Chelsea & The Living Room present: “PEOPLE & PLANET”
Tuesday 30th October, from 630pm

We’re in a time where the relationship between how we live and our role in the greater world have never been more closely linked. “Be the change you want to see in the world”, is the phrase we’ve all heard, and in part thanks to social media and the ability to express ourselves, we’ve all become each other’s measuring stick. How we eat, work, look and even sleep have become the subject of likes and comments, shared all around the world. But one thing has become abundantly apparent, popular culture has traded hedonism for wellness. Ultimately our lifestyles boil down to a matter of wellness – amongst one another, to the place that surrounds us and the planet around us

Join us as we uncover the art of wellness in everyday life through both people and planet, and what role we each play in a better, sustainable tomorrow. A panel-led in conversation moderated by Angelica Malin, About Time.

ARRIVALS: from 630pm, talk starts 7pm.

TALK: IN CHELSEA
My Chelsea & The Living Room present: “CHELSEA EATS”
Wednesday, 19th September from 630pm

Popular culture has never been more rife with people telling us what and how to eat a balanced and sustainable diet, but what we’re rarely told is why, and the role this plays on our overall wellbeing. Join Tanya Maher of TANYA’s and Shirin Kouros of The Good Life as we explore
what the future holds for the health food movement. They’ll share their journeys and how they live with the challenges of being entrepreneurs, mothers, partners and spokes people for wellbeing. Moderated by Claudia Canavan, a food and lifestyle journalist and editor, who writes for national titles on everything from the GM food debate to making our food system long term sustainable.
ARRIVALS: from 630pm, talk starts 7pm.
