You’ll find Meanwhile on the ground floor of My Brighton hotel, serving up fresh pastries, counter breakfast and lunch items, coffee, and a selection of snacks and drinks. From sausage butties and filled croissants, to coconut chia seed pudding and fruity porridge, there is something for everyone.
We serve fresh and locally sourced ingredients where possible, with eggs from Sussex Eggs and bacon and sausages from Brighton Sausage Co.
The coffee is freshly roasted and ethically sourced by White Cloud Coffee Co. and the tea is blended by the eco conscious and independent Bird & Blend Tea Co.
