Each brunch dish is completely unique, with fresh and locally sourced ingredients where possible. With eggs from Sussex Eggs and bacon and sausages from Brighton Sausage Co.
The coffee is freshly roasted and ethically sourced by White Cloud Coffee Co. and the tea is blended by the eco conscious and independent Bird & Blend Tea Co.
