No Catch
You can’t come to the seaside and not have fish & chips. The No Catch Co are Brighton’s newest vegan fish & chip shop. With an ethical take on the traditional concept, they have everything from smoked haddock to prawns and calamari, vegan style.
The Vurger Co.
Starting as a small market stall in 2016, The Vurger Co. quickly progressed to pop-ups, events and then went onto opening up their first restaurant in 2018. The vegan burger establishment offers an extensive menu with a range of choices, textures and flavours.
