It’s been too long!
We are delighted to be welcoming you back through our doors in Brighton and Bloomsbury.
Despite the many changes we’ve all been adapting to over the last few months, there are some things we are pleased to say haven’t changed – the comfort of our rooms, the fresh & crisp linens, our warm & friendly teams and our ongoing passion for great hospitality.
The few adaptions we have made are only to better the existing high standards we uphold, and we hope these will give you assurance that you are in safe hands during your time with us.
We are ready when you are.
We want you to feel safe from the moment you step through our doors. Gone are the days of waiting in line to check-in, all information will be sent to you in advance to complete and contactless payments are available throughout. We are sanitising keys and removing them from circulation for 48 hours. Please don’t be offended if we discretely ask to take your temperature using our contactless thermometer.
Our comfy mattress and pillow protectors have been freshly laundered and all high touch areas are thoroughly sanistised before check-in. The Room Attendant who makes the room so beautifully presentable was wearing a face mask and gloves during their time preparing it.
Our team respect social distancing guidelines and have thoroughly trained in our new practices. We are now operating a ‘deliver to door’ service so just let us know if you need anything at all. If you start to feel unwell, we will happily assist in contacting medical services.

We know these times are new to us all. We want to keep you and our team as safe as possible. Throughout your stay there will be plenty of team members ready to help whenever needed whilst always observing a respectful distance.
