Terms & Conditions
– On completing your booking via the My Hotels website, your contact information will be passed to Little Jasmine who will be in touch directly to arrange your treatment. Any subsequent changes to your treatment should be arranged directly with Little Jasmine spa via info@little-jasmine.com. You may be required to provide proof of your booking at My Brighton.
– Treatments are subject to availability, non-exchangeable (can’t be swapped with other treatments), non-refundable (applies to monetary value of package) and cannot be altered.
– Each guest booked to stay is entitled to one pamper package. Please ensure that the correct amount of guests is entered at the time of booking your stay at My Brighton.
– Packages cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
– On completing your booking with My Brighton, the guest agrees their full name, contact number & email can be shared with Little Jasmine for the purposes of the treatment booking
– Room + Spa package bookings at My Brighton are non-refundable and non-cancellable
– On completing your booking at My Brighton, any changes to the accommodation are to come directly to My Brighton. Any changes to the spa booking must go directly to Little Jasmine.
