It is with great sadness that as of Tuesday 24th March, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors in Brighton, Bloomsbury and Chelsea.
This is not for good, only for now, but our top priority is of course the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team.
Our cancellation policy has been updated – we will waiver cancellation fees or move your reservation to a future date, for all bookings which fall within all of the following criteria:
- Direct booking
- Stay dates – present day through to 30th April 2020 (future months will be reviewed as the situation progresses)
- Guests travelling from all affected locations
Guests who have booked through an Online Travel Agent are advised to contact the agent directly.
This space and our social media pages will be kept up to date and so please do stay in touch, we will be back better than ever.
