Bookings on Flexible Rates

Individual bookings on flexible rates may be cancelled or amended up to 2pm, the day before arrival, without charge. In the event of cancellation, please contact the Reservations team and ensure a cancellation number is obtained. 

Bookings on Special Packages, Offers and Saver Rates

Selected Packages, Special Offers and Saver rates are pre-payable at the time of booking and non-refundable and non-changeable. In the event of cancellation, we’re sorry but there is no refund and no option to amend the dates of stay.

The deposit/full payment as applicable will be charged at the time of booking or shortly after.  Should we not be able to take payment on the credit card given, your booking may be cancelled without further notice.

Amendments & Cancellations

Cancellations of Flexible Rate bookings received after 2pm, the day before arrival, or failure to show; will result in a charge equal to the first nights’ stay including VAT; and will also result in the cancellation of the remainder of the reservation.

Amendments to the arrival date, departure date, or room type are subject to availability at the time of making the request; and may result in a rate change.

Payment

Payment will be taken in full, 1 day prior to arrival. Once the cancellation period has passed, payment will be taken via the credit card provided to minimise contact on-site.

We are not accepting cash payments.

Housekeeping

At My Brighton, your room is your room, so our team will not go into your space during your stay. However, we will happily provide you with fresh towels and additional toiletries. Just contact the team who will drop them off at your door.

Parking

We have an onsite car park available at My Brighton. If you require parking during your stay, you can add this to your booking when making a reservation via our website, or by contacting the Guest Services team on WhatsApp – +44 (0)1273 900 371. The car park is available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 12pm on the day of your departure. Prices are £33 per car, per night.

Pet Policy

Sorry but we do not allow pets in our hotels. Guide dogs are permitted.

Smoking Policy

My Brighton operates a non smoking policy throughout our properties. Guests found to be in breach of this policy, will be charged £250 plus VAT for cleaning services.

Extra Beds & Child Cots

Extra bed for Superior Rooms and Suites/Studios only, costs £30 including VAT per night, for all properties. Additional terms are:

  1. a) Children under the age of 2 stay for free (cot provided on request and if prebooked)
  2. b) Children age between 2 to 12 can stay for free when sharing parents existing bed
  3. c) Children aged 2 – 12 requiring an extra bed will be charged as per the cost above

Bookings of 5 rooms or more or 5 nights or more:

For bookings made more than 30 nights ahead of arrival, we reserve the right to charge a 50% deposit at the time of booking, regardless of the rate/terms applicable to the booking made.  For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking.

For such bookings, the deposit/full payment as applicable will be charged at the time of booking or shortly after.  Should we not be able to take payment on the credit card given, your booking may be cancelled without further notice.  Should you choose to cancel your booking at any time after payment has been taken, we reserve the right to retain the deposit/full payment as a cancellation fee.

Damages

Guest is fully liable towards any damages caused by negligence or theft to the hotel property. The hotel liability towards guest belongings is only limited according to the Hotel Proprietors Act 1954.

Lost Property

Only certain items left behind will be kept for 7 days, these include clothing, electronics, and jewellery. Following the 7 days they will be passed to a local charity.
