If your room was booked directly with us, don’t forget to enjoy your £10 minibar credit.

Need some ice for your G&T or flutes for your prosecco? Message us on WhatsApp and we will bring it to your room.

Wi-Fi

To access the Wi-Fi, please select the ‘My Hotels Guest Wi-Fi’ and enter your name and email address. No password needed!

Housekeeping

Your room is your room during your stay, and so our housekeeping team will not enter. If you need a refill or anything at all, a towel change or bins emptied, please do just ask us!

If you’re staying with us for more than 3 nights, do let us know a convenient day during your stay to enter the room to service it.

Pillows

In your room you have two firm pillows, and two softer pillows. If you need any swapping, just ask!

Iron, ironing board & hair dryers

If you are in need of any of these items, send us a message with your room number and we will leave it at your door.

The Bar

The bar is open every day serving a whole range of beers, cocktails, wines and spirits. As a guest, you can enjoy 20% off. Click here for opening times.

Breakfast

Our breakfast is served at Meanwhile located just across from reception, from 7am-12pm weekdays, and 8am-12pm on weekends. Pre-booked breakfast is £15 and includes any dish from the brunch menu, a hot drink & a juice.

If you haven’t booked breakfast with us but still want to take advantage of this deal, just let the team know at the counter and they will honour this discounted rate.

Food deliveries

In need of something to eat but don’t want to leave your bed? Feel free to order from any of the online platforms such as Deliveroo or Just Eat, add your room number to the notes and our team will bring it to your door once it has been delivered. We can provide any additional crockery or cutlery. Once you’re finished, feel free to leave it outside the room and we will collect it.

If you are in a rush and don’t want to pop by reception to check-out, please place the hanger sign on your door so we know you have left.
